Impartiality Statement

Last updated: 15 November 2025

National Health Online is committed to providing telehealth services that are fair, objective and free from improper influence. Clinical decisions are made solely in the best interests of patients, in line with applicable professional standards and guidelines.

1. Clinical independence

Clinicians working with NHO exercise their professional judgement independently. They are not incentivised to over-prescribe, under- prescribe or favour any particular product or supplier.

2. Commercial relationships

Any commercial relationships we have with partner pharmacies, technology providers or other third parties must not compromise clinical independence or patient safety. Where relevant, such relationships will be managed under clear governance arrangements.

3. Non-discrimination

We aim to ensure that access to our services and the care provided are free from unlawful discrimination on the basis of characteristics protected by law, such as age, disability, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, or gender reassignment.
